Celestial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Virtual Consultation Instructions

Thank you for your interest in Celestial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Atlanta’s premiere plastic surgery destination. In our practice, we aim to make your virtual consultation process as smooth and informative as if you were visiting us in-office.

In order for that to happen, we are going to need a few things from you!

First, we will need photographs of the body or face area that you want to consult about. If you do not have someone to take the photos for you, it is most useful if you are able to set up your camera or camera phone with a tripod or on a stable surface and use the back (better resolution) camera with the timer and not in selfie mode. This will ensure that you capture the best quality images to send.
Photograph should be taken in the following positions: Arms down front, back, side to side AND arms up, front, back, side to side.
We will need to have these photos BEFORE your appointment in order to proceed. Please send photos to: info@celestialplasticsurgery.com
If we do not have your photos in our system on the morning of your virtual consult, then you may be subject to rescheduling!

Second, we will need you to provide us with your Skype username AND search for and add Dr. Ruth Celestin as a friend on Skype. This will ensure that you are familiar with the use of Skype and also allow us to quickly accept your request, ensuring that your appointment takes place at the scheduled time.

Third, be sure at the time of your appointment to be in a private and quiet place where you can have the phone on speaker (or use headphones!) and, if necessary, answer and talk on your phone, should the video quality be too poor due to low signal.

Fourth, you do not need to be undressed for the consultation. IF there is something you were unable to photograph well and you want to show the doctor during your video chat, be sure to wear clothing that allows quick and easy demonstration.

Patients find it useful to have a notepad with some of their questions written down so they don’t forget what they wanted to ask the doctor.

We will first place a voice call at the time of your consultation to make sure that you are ready to chat.

If you have any questions, concerns, or issues with finding us on Skype, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

Dr. Celestin is very much looking forward to meeting you!
